Our Family

We met as babies. Both side of our parents were full-time missionaries and staff of Korea Campus Crusade for Christ (KCCC). We would play together as our parents engaged in ministry. As our families continued to follow God's call across the cities and the nations, we were separated and would only see each other roughly once a year during large ministry conferences. Both of us spent a year abroad as short term international missionaries and engaged in cross-cultural ministries among college students. Following God's invitation, we both took full-time staff training to be missionaries to the next generation. Moses took that step in Los Angeles, CA while Caris did it at Seoul, Korea. As we continued to pursue our calling, God has brought our paths together in unexpected yet beautiful ways. We are grateful to God for joining our lives together as one. In the presence of God and many witnesses, we joined our lives together in January 2015.God has blessed us with two children. God has given us a beautiful daughter - Jubilee (수아) born in April 2016. Then, God also gave us a son - Evan (찬영) in November 2018.

As a Family

We believe one of the highest calling we have received from the Lord is to exemplify the Gospel message to each other. Now as a family, we live out the same basic vocation from God together. It is our uttermost desire to love the Lord with all we are and all we have, and to love each other with that kind of love. We want to show Jesus through our marriage: first, to each other; secondly, to our children; and to our community and the world beyond.

Our Calling

We believe one of the highest calling we have received from the Lord is to exemplify the Gospel message to each other. Now as a family, we live out the same basic vocation from God together. It is our uttermost desire to love the Lord with all we are and all we have, and to love each other with that kind of love. We want to show Jesus through our lives: to each other as spouses, to our children as godly parents, to our community, and to the ends of the earth.
